Smart Campus Management Center Hosts Seminar on First Aid and Work Psychology for Staff
26 August 2024
Smart Campus Management Center : SCMC
The Smart Campus Management Center at Chiang Mai University organized a seminar aimed at enhancing knowledge on first aid and work psychology for staff from August 24-25, 2024. The seminar was designed to develop essential skills and knowledge for handling emergencies and improving teamwork efficiency.
On August 24, 2024, the center collaborated with trainers from Firstcare Safety and Medical Co., Ltd., who provided knowledge and hands-on training in basic first aid, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED). The training ensured that staff were prepared to respond correctly and safely in emergency situations.
On August 25, 2024, the seminar included a lecture on "Teamwork and Service Psychology." The session was delivered by Mrs. Natkrita Verasmith, a clinical psychologist, and Mr. Kampol Maichandee, a psychologist from the Student Development Division at Chiang Mai University. They shared insights on building effective teams and delivering high-quality service to clients.
This project is part of the Smart Campus Management Center's commitment to enhancing staff safety and performance, enabling them to provide high-quality service that fully meets the needs of those they serve effectively and efficiently.
