Chiang Mai University’s second semester for the 2020 academic year is scheduled to start on November 23, 2020 and this announcement is for students and staff who may wish to travel to and from Thailand (Inbound-Outbound) for study, work, or to participate in academic activities.
In connection with this and in order to comply with the university’s regulations and those by the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) No. 8/2563 on the Compliance Guidelines issued in accordance with Section 9 of the Royal Decree on Public Administration in the state of emergency, 2005 (No.7), July 31, 2020 by virtue of Section 38 (1) of the Chiang Mai University Act, B.E. 2551 (2008), the following guidelines and measures have been put in place for departures and arrivals in Thailand.
