International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) recently organized the ICDI Pitching Day 2023-1 event for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science program, Digital Innovation Major (International Program) at ICDI. This initiative was exclusively designed for students registered in course 888499: Technology Startup Project, which is a mandatory course for ICDI students.
The primary purpose of this event was to serve as a part of the evaluation for the aforementioned course. It also aimed to assess the learning outcomes at the conclusion of the 4th academic year, often referred to as Year Learning Outcomes (YLOs).
The event offered students enrolled in the course an opportunity to participate in the following activities:

The opening ceremony was presided over by Associate Professor Dr. Manad Khamkong, Associate Dean of ICDI. Over 20 teams participated in the event, with more than 60 students presenting their work. Distinguished guests included Dr. Chanwit Bunchuay, Chief Executive Officer of Synapse (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Vice President of the Artificial Intelligence Entrepreneurs Association of Thailand (AIEAT), along with Mr. Pattarapong Sukkasem, Managing Director of Research Box Co., Ltd., a marketing research and consumer insight specialist, business consultant, and independent lecturer serving as an External Committee of Experts. The event took place on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM at the Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University.
Here's a summary of the presentation results and winners:
Ms. Naijin Xu emerged as the winner of her presentation on "Innovative Cheongsam Brand," receiving a prize of 5,000 baht and a certificate.
Miss Chanyawee Saenmahayak and Miss Natpaphat Kittipanyapat claimed the first runner-up position for their proposal on the "Agricultural Product Tracking App," earning a prize of 3,500 baht and a certificate.
The second runner-up position was secured by Mr. Danudon Srithananun and Ms. Wattanawipa Mahawan, who presented "AI Analysis for Badminton Players." They were awarded 2,500 baht and a certificate.
The third runner-up spot went to Mr. Chengkun Geng and Ms. Xiaowen Ding for their presentation on "Ding Dong: Modula Warming Board."
Finally, the fourth runner-up position was taken by Mr. Kevin Dansuntonwong and Mr. Akira Canova, who proposed the topic "Naval VR."
