The Student Quality Development Unit of the International College of Digital Innovation at Chiang Mai University has organized an activity called "Thai Cooking Class," which is an activity that encourages international students to learn Thai culture, especially Thai cooking and Thai food. The activity provides Thai cooking courses for international students to engage in Thai cooking and learn about Thai local ingredients. This activity aims to teach Thai dishes cooking techniques such as Khao Soi, Pad Thai, and Tom Yum Kung. A total of 51 students and staffs participated on September 9, 2022. At the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University.
