The International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ooncharoen, Dean, celebrated a milestone with the signing of an academic cooperation agreement. The collaboration is part of the "Development of Innovative Railway Technology in the Country" project, involving the Railway Technology Research and Development Institute (Public Organization) - RTRDA and Chiang Mai University.
The signing ceremony, held on Monday, January 22, 2024, at 3:30 p.m. in Phraya Srivisanvaja Room, Chiang Mai University Office Building 1, with Professor Dr. Phongrak Sribanditmongkol, President of Chiang Mai University, and Associate Professor Dr. Chotchai Charoenngam, Chairman of RTRDA, officiating the agreement. Executives and working groups from both institutions, as well as faculty from the International College of Digital Innovation and the Faculty of Engineering, attended the ceremony.
Following the signing, a working group from RTRDA visited ICDI. The purpose of the visit was to engage in discussions and delve into the intricacies of the project's scope under the initiative "For the Development of Innovative Railway Technology in the Country." This significant meeting occurred at around 4:30 p.m. in Meeting Room ICB1313 within the ICDI building. The interaction further solidified the commitment of both institutions to advancing innovative railway technology through joint efforts and shared expertise.
