The CMU Health Center consists of several facilities: the Medical Clinic operated by the Faculty of Medicine, the Physical Therapy Clinic, the Prompt Health Center run by the Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, offering massage and occupational therapies, and the Special Dental Clinic by the Faculty of Dentistry, boasting expert faculty and utilising cutting-edge technology to provide both general and specialised dental care. Additionally, the Health Center includes a pharmacy and classrooms for health sciences students. It provides convenient access to health services for CMU students and staff on the main campus, eliminating the need to travel to Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital.

Another facility available for CMU students and staff at the Health Center is CMU Minds, which provides mental health services. Preliminary psychological assessments include mental health assessments, stress assessments, and self-checkups, which help screen for mental health risks before individuals receive counseling with a psychologist. In the midst of a stressful environment compounded by unique troubles and burdens, having the opportunity to talk and alleviate stress and anxiety can greatly benefit those burdened with heavy hearts.
