Congratulations to the Wolffy CMU team for winning the Special Award (Science for Spoon) at the Asia-Pacific level in the ProVeg Food Innovation Challenge 2024!

The Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, extends its congratulations to the Wolffy CMU team, represented by Ms. Sunita Juaming, a student in Product Development Technology, and Ms. Nang Hom Non, a student in Food Science and Technology (International Program). They received the Special Award (Science for Spoon) at the Asia-Pacific level for their product, Wolffia high-protein freeze-dried matcha ice cream, in the ProVeg Food Innovation Challenge 2024. The competition saw participation from 450 teams worldwide, and they were awarded a prize of $200 from the organization with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pavalee Chompoorat Tridtitanakiat, Head of the Department of Product Development Technology, serving as an advisor.
