CMU Student Defends Gold at 56th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships

Ms. Kanticha Seejun, who is currently studying Sociology and Anthropology at the CMU Faculty of Social Sciences, won two golds and two bronzes at the 56th Asian Bodybuilding and Physique Sports Championships held between August 6 – 12, 2024, at Batum, Indonesia.
She won accolades in four different categories, as follows:
Two gold medals in the Women’s Junior Fitness Physique age up to 21 years, of which she was the defending champion, and the Women's Junior Model Physique 21 years or below; and two bronze medals in the Women’s Senior Fitness Physique up to 165 cm and the Women’s Model Physique up to 165 cm.
This edition featured athletes from 23 countries and the 12 Thai representatives have brought home the glory after earning six gold, five silver and eight bronze medals in total.
