The Language Institute Chiang Mai University has encouraged 8 Chiang Mai University students who are interested in arts to attend “2024 Asia Culture Expedition” program in Gwangju, the Republic of Korea during October 4th – 11th, 2024.
This program largely aims to allow new-generation artists from 6 countries in Asia including the Republic of Korea, the Republic of China (ROC) or Taiwan, Mongolian People's Republic, the Republic of Indonesia, the People's Republic of China (PRC), and Kingdom of Thailand to collaborate in creating public arts and promote tourism in Gwangju city. Additionally, it is considered as a cultural exchange programme of youths from all of the nations who participate in this event.
Our students have cheerfully cooperated with foreign students from different nations in the juvenilia that gave them inspiration of blended creativity, connecting new-generation individuals who have diverse cultures with local community appropriately.
