Ph.D. student wins Best Presentation Award at ICEAST2021

Miss Nuttinee Salee, Ph.D. student at the Department of Product Development Technology, Faculty of Agro-Industry, Chiang Mai University, was awarded the Best Presentation Award at the online edition of the 7th International Conference on Engineering, Applied Sciences and Technology (ICEAST2021), held on April 2, 2021. The award-winning presentation was based on her research titled ‘Comparison of pulse electric field-assisted, microwave-assisted and ultrasonic-assisted extraction techniques for black rice grain on antioxidant and SIRT1 enzyme-stimulating activity’, which was supervised by Assoc.Prof.Dr. Niramon Uthamang.
