The Human Resources Management Unit of the Office of the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI) has organized a training program aimed at preparing lecturers for academic positions in accordance with the new criteria for academic personnel for the fiscal year 2023. This initiative seeks to support both faculty members within the School of Digital Innovation in their pursuit of academic positions. The program focuses on enhancing participants' knowledge and understanding of the process of applying for higher positions in accordance with the new regulations of Chiang Mai University, B.E. 2565 and 2566. This includes the meticulous and timely preparation of teaching documents, academic materials, and work portfolios.
The training took place on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event was held in Room CB1211, located on the 2nd floor of the ICDI Building, and was also accessible through the Zoom Meeting platform. Distinguished personnel from the Assignment and Appointment to Positions Division of the university's Human Resources Management Division were invited as guest speakers. Additionally, Associate Professor Dr. Somchai Sriyab, Assistant Dean of ICDI, delivered the opening remarks for this significant event.
