Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University (CMU STeP), and the student representatives of CMU participated in the Northern region edition of Startup Thailand League (STL 2021) at Kantary Hills Hotel on June 26, 2021.
Team Twentytwo.5, which was one of the 10 teams that qualified as the representatives of CMU in the competition, invented a platform for safe pet transportation that comes with an application and a pet tracking system. The team members included Miss Parnpanitarn Moongsin and Miss Chabordee Chaloemchokwatthana, from the Faculty of Architecture, Miss Thitima Srikhao and Miss Nalin Puekpong from the Faculty of Agriculture, and Mr. Paisit Senawan from the College of Arts, Media, and Technology.
Startup Thailand League (STL 2021) has 400 participating teams from 40 universities across the nation, 10 of which represent CMU. The qualified teams will receive funding of 25,000 baht and will get to showcase their projects on the Demo Day to be held this September at the KX Knowledge Xchange building in Bangkok.
