ICDI-CMU Organizes Performance Management Training with OKRs and KPI

On Saturday, November 11, 2023, the International College of Digital Innovation, CMU conducted a training session on the topic of "Performance Management with OKRs and KPIs." The session was honored by a guest speaker Mr. Kittipat Jirawaswong who is an expert in performance management and organizational development towards excellence. He also serves as an assessor and lecturer on the criteria for the National Quality Award. He also played the role of a lecturer at this seminar, aiming to guide personnel on the principles and techniques for applying OKRs within the organization. This knowledge can be implemented in management to align with organizational goals. The seminar had more than 50 of ICDI's administrators, lecturers, and support personnel at Siripanna Villa Resort and Spa, Chiang Mai.
