The International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University, organized the "Holi Festival 2023" event under the Study Explore Embrace Diffuse Programs (SEED Programs) and Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR programs). The event aimed to promote cultural understanding of India among Chiang Mai University students. Holi is a Hindu festival that celebrates spring, love, and new life. While some families undertake religious rituals, for many people, Holi is mostly a time for enjoyment. It's a vibrant festival with singing, dancing, and the throwing of colored water and powder paint. Holi is also known as the "festival of colors," where people play and splash colored powders on each other, creating a fun and vibrant atmosphere that fosters friendship and good relationships among participants. The event started from 09:30 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday, February 4, 2023, with a total number of 57 international CMU students and ICDI staff participated
