Guidelines for students and staff with a history of exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case or who was at a location where one or more COVID-19 confirmed cases was found

1. Stop attending parties, self monitor for 14 days or work from home and follow the rules set by the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (Always wear a face mask, apply social distancing and frequently sanitize your hands).

2. Set self timeline

3. Fill out your information via https:cmu.to/ReportCoV19, report immediately to your Supervisor and provide your personal information.

4. Wait for contact from the University for further arrangements in case of high risk.

5. If you have flu-like symptoms which include a runny nose, coughing with phlegm and the loss of sense of smell or breathing discomfort (Acute dyspnea), please contact URI/PUI Clinic at Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital or a hospital nearby your residence to receive a medical examination to test for COVID-19 or follow the announcement by Chiang Mai Provincial Public Health Office. Immediately inform your Supervisor and contact the Student Development Division at Tel. 090-892-5623, 064-174-6183.
