CMU MINDS or CMU Mental Health Centre offers preliminary psychological assessments including the Mental Energy Test, the Stress Assessment and the Self-Assessment to screen for mental health risks before individuals can get a consultation from psychologists who will listen to different life stories and worries that may be troubling them. Getting information from a reliable source can do wonders to relieve troubled minds.
