On March 10, 2025, Assistant Professor Dr. Chaiwut Tangsomchai, Associate Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, presided over the opening ceremony of the “Mind Management: Stress & Happiness” workshop.

The session was led by Dr. Saharut Jetmanorom, Director of the Wan Tee Chan Tuen Institute and a professional counseling psychologist. The workshop aimed to help administrative staff better understand the nature of stress and its psychological impacts, assess their own stress levels, and apply appropriate self-care techniques. Participants also practiced relaxation skills and learned Timeboxing—a method for prioritizing tasks to enhance work efficiency.

The full-day workshop featured hands-on learning experiences and was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, who joined to hear expert recommendations on mental well-being for staff. A total of 24 administrative personnel participated in the event, which took place at the 3rd-floor meeting room of the CMU Health Center.
