SDD One Stop Service: All That CMU Students Need in One Place

Corporate Communication and Alumni Relations Center (CCARC)

CMU has launched a very significant project that will yield maximum benefits for all — the SDD One Stop Service, a service point that provides answers and multiple services by the Student Development Division. Students will find their needs covered without having to travel to different service points and sectors within the university.

This project aims to offer convenience to students by gathering all services into one spot, which would allow for better efficiency and communication between students, administrators, and stakeholders. Services provided at the SDD include loan/return of equipment for sports and events; accident insurance claims; a lost & found service; financial support schemes, such as the Token to Care Project, which will start in October in partnership with eateries on campus; the Fast Loan Project, which is also set to start in October and will be accessible through the CMU Mobile Digital Platform; and the SDD Academy, set to start in November, which will promote executing a bottom-up project, pitching, design thinking, coaching, learning in action, and start-up. Another interesting policy under consideration includes Sport for All to promote well-being for CMU students and staff.

The SDD Service is located at the CMU Student Union Building and has been offering services since September 9, 2022. It is open to CMU students and staff from the hours of 8:30 am. until 6 pm. Please note that the opening hours and services may be subject to change in the future upon suggestion.
