ROV Chiang Mai's Youth Esports Tournament 2021 Final

Assist. Prof. Dr. Prompong Sugunnasil, Deputy Dean of Academic Affairs, College of Art, Media and Technology (CAMT), presented the awards to the winners of ROV Chiang Mai’s Youth E-sports Tournament 2021. The results are as follows:
Winner: Team Nak Leng Dai Com, receiving 30,000-baht prize money
First runner-up: Team Kwam Ching Laew Rao Mai Ung Khae Rao Ung Cookie, receiving 20,000-baht prize money
Second runner-up: Team Su Ma Te, receiving 10,000-baht prize money
Third runner-up: Team ETERNAL, receiving 6,000-baht prize money
The opening ceremony of the final round was chaired by Ms. Wiphawan Woraphuttiphong, Deputy Chief Executive of the Chiang Mai Provincial Administrative Organisation (PAO). This Arena of Valor (ROV) tournament was the result of the collaboration between Chiang Mai PAO, CAMT, BAAK Co., Ltd. and AIS, which aimed to promote e-sports skills and potential development among Chiang Mai youngsters, and create a capable future workforce who will play a vital role in the country’s video game industry and digital economy. There were a total of 1,458 applicants on 258 teams, and 1,000 players on 194 teams were selected to compete to win the total prize money of 74,000 baht. The competition began on August 24, 2021, before the final round took place on September 18, 2021 at the Innovative Learning Centre, CAMT.
