CMU Science Student Leads Team to Victory at AI Capacity Development Contest

A CMU Computer Science student and team won the top award with a scholarship worth 50,000 baht for AI technology development at the AI Capacity Development Contest through Information Network for Thai Industry held between April 8 – 11, 2022 in Bangkok.
The team members were Taned Singlor from the CMU Department of Computer Science, Thawatchai Chanthabut from the Department of Plant and Soil Sciences and Phatthanan Niruktisan from the Department of Marine Product Technology, and their supervisor, Dr. Prakarn Unachak. This project enabled students to raise their capacity in AI development to be on par with the international level with an emphasis on work process and professional training from round one up to the final.
