The International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University, has organized a training program for "Office Syndrome and First Aid and CPR" on September 5, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Wintree City Resort Chiang Mai with Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Uncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, presided over the welcome speech and report on the objectives of the project. The objectives were to provide ICDI's staff with knowledge and understanding of the causes and prevention of Office Syndrome; correct behavioral adjustments; provide a work environment that is conducive to safe work; and reduce any health risks. The morning lecture session was honored by Ms. Supang Muangkaew, a guest speaker from the Clinic for Occupational Diseases and Social Security of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, who was giving a lecture on the topic "Office Syndrome and ways to prevent and take care of yourself from Office Syndrome." Additionally, two more guest speakers from the Outpatient and Emergency Nursing Section of Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital joined for the afternoon session, including Ms. Pikul Kanthaphanom, the guest speaker on the topic "Basic First Aid," and Ms. Patsawan Sairai, a guest speaker on the topic "Basic CPR," who provided ICDI's staff with knowledge of First Aid and CPR correctly. There were 30 ICDI's staff participating in the training program.
