The International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University warmly welcomed Professor Tom Baum, Professor in the Department of Work, Employment & Organization at Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom, on the occasion of his visit to the college.

The International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, along with the administration and faculty members, warmly welcomed Professor Tom Baum, Professor of the Department of Work, Employment & Organization, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde, UK, during his visit to the college to discuss and exchange views on academic collaboration.
On the morning of Monday, September 30, 2024, the college accompanied Professor Tom Baum in a courtesy visit to Associate Professor Dr. Piyapong Niamsub, and Assistant Professor Dr. Worakanya Buranaphatthana, Assistant to the President, to discuss opportunities for building academic partnerships with Chiang Mai University at the University Office.
In the afternoon, Professor Tom Baum participated in an Information Session to provide information to students interested in the double-degree programs (2+2 and 1+1) both for undergraduate and graduate level offered in collaboration with Strathclyde Business School. Additionally, Professor Tom Baum delivered a special lecture on the topic of 'Managing People or HRM in the Digital Age,' which attracted significant interest from students at the International College of Digital Innovation.
