Exciting Collaboration Unveiled Between ICDI and Yunnan Normal University for "China-Laos-Thailand Education Digitization International Joint Research and Development Center of Yunnan Province" Project
Under the visionary leadership of Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation (ICDI), a significant milestone was achieved as the esteemed working group from Yunnan Normal University, spearheaded by Professor HAO SHUMEI, Vice-President, embarked on a collaborative journey.
The day commenced with a momentous signing ceremony at 10:30 a.m. for the academic cooperation project, titled "China-Laos-Thailand Education Digitization International Joint Research and Development Center of Yunnan Province." The agreement was sealed by Associate Professor Dr. Winita Punyodom, Vice-President of Chiang Mai University, and Professor HAO SHUMEI, Vice-President of Yunnan Normal University, People's Republic of China. The signing, which took place at the Executive Meeting Room 2, University Office Building 1, Chiang Mai University on Monday, January 15, 2024, was witnessed by Assistant Professor Dr. Worakanya Buranaphatthana, Assistant to the President, Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of ICDI, and other administrators, faculty, and staff.
Following the ceremony, at approximately 1:30 p.m., ICDI guided the visiting working group on a tour to the Teaching and Learning Innovation Center at Chiang Mai University (TLIC). Discussions on collaboration were held with Dr. Anan Sipitakkiat, Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Innovation. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to explore potential areas of cooperation and gain insights into initiatives that could enhance the joint efforts. Later, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the working group convened at the Digital Innovation International College for an in-depth meeting to discuss the intricate details of implementing the groundbreaking project. The discussions unfolded in the conference room ICB1313 within the International College of Digital Innovation Building.
