For graduates who have non-participation in the 57th Commencement Ceremony, to collect a diploma please proceed as follows:
1. To have the diploma delivered (domestic mail only) from January 25, 2023 onwards.
Request for diploma delivery in the Online Document Request System (https://www1.reg.cmu.ac.th/reg-document). Select 06998 – Diploma and Medal Delivery Fee (Non-participants) or 06999 – Diploma Delivery Fee (Non-participants). *** Registered mail only
The Registration Office will deliver the diploma upon requests of which the delivery address and the payment are completed.
2. To collect the diploma at the Registration Office (available for service: 8.30 AM - 11.30 AM in the morning and 1 PM - 4 PM in the afternoon) from January 25, 2023 onwards.
- Self-collection – show the graduate’s national id card/passport.
- Entrust a person for collection – submit a copy of the graduate’s national id card/passport with written consent and the name of the entrusted person. Show the entrusted person’s national id card/passport at the collection spot.
3. For graduates who have already paid for the diploma delivery fee during the period of Commencement Registration (up until December 15,2022), the Registration Office will deliver the diploma through Thai Post on January 25, 2023.
