The International College of Digital Innovation organized a workshop on "Risk Management and Internal Control" 2024

On August 29, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Chaiwuth Tangsomchai, Deputy Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, presided over the opening of the workshop on "Risk Management and Internal Control." The workshop featured Assistant Professor Dr. Kemakorn Chaiprasit, Head of the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Business Administration, CMU, as the keynote speaker.
The objective of the workshop was to enhance the understanding of risk management and internal control concepts among support staff. Participants were guided on setting operational goals, creating internal controls using flowcharts, and developing control process plans. The workshop also covered risk analysis, assessment, and management aligned with work processes through practical training.
The event was honored by the presence of Assistant Professor Dr. Rujira Ouncharoen, Dean of the International College of Digital Innovation, who attended the lecture and presentations by the staff. She offered insights and inspiration to the participants during the workshop. A total of 29 support staff members participated in the event, which took place at the Multipurpose Conference Room, CMU Auditorium.
