Professor Dr. Roger C.Y. Chen, President of I-Shou University, Taiwan and delegation were welcomed by Clinical Professor Niwes Nantachit, M.D., Presidents of Chiang Mai University and senior administrators on the occasion of their visit to Chiang Mai University to sign the Agreement of Cooperation between Chiang Mai University and I-Shou University on May 13rd, 2019.
