The Student Quality Development Unit of the International College of Digital Innovation, Chiang Mai University, organized the "Thai Cooking Class" under the Study Explore Embrace Diffuse Program (SEED Program). The Thai Cooking Class event was designed to provide an opportunity for international students at CMU to learn Thai cuisine and immerse themselves in Thai culture through its cuisine. The event included an introduction to Thai market shopping and Thai cooking techniques. The event was held at Smile Organic Farm from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM on Sunday, February 26, 2022, with a total number of 35 international CMU students and staff participating.
